9  | 壬子，显谟阁学士、知洪州梁杨祖为尚书兵部侍郎。丁巳，武节郎、兼閤门宣赞舎人、新两浙东路兵马钤辖王安道罢。安道继先子始以侥冒补转，故殿中侍御史胡汝明论之。上曰：「艰难以来，诸路将兵尚多阙额，而见在者又不练习，止充杂役，甚非置将招兵之本意。今和议虽成，充严武备，可督诸路招塡将兵，至于将官，亦须择人。前者多以子弟及堂吏为之，安能称职乎？人才各有所长，子弟堂吏，使子为将，是违其所长，非用材之地也。 |
