14  | 庚申，朝奉郎、直显谟阁、宣抚处置使司参议官王以宁落职降三官，责监台州酒务。以宁既为孔彦舟所逐，㑹监察御史韩璜使湖南还，劾其擅命，故黜之。 银青光禄大夫李纲提举临安府洞霄宫，以纲有请也。 诏赵普佐命元勲，视汉萧何宜访其子孙，量才録用。辛酉，手诏曰：「朕念太祖皇帝创业垂统，徳被万世，神祖诏封子孙一人为安定郡王，世世勿絶，乃至宣和之末，以太常、礼部各有所主，依违不决，使安定之封至今不举，朕甚悯之。有司其上合袭封人名，遵依故事施行」。是日，辅臣进呈次，上因论此事，曰：「太祖功徳如此，世袭王爵，宜不为过。范宗尹曰：「太祖尝云：天下初定，朕思得长君以抚之，而授位太宗，则其意专为天下。上曰：朕顷在藩邸，入见渊圣皇帝，率用家人礼。一日论及金人事，尝奏曰：京师甲士虽不少，然皆游惰羸弱，未尝简练。敌人若来，不败即溃耳。陛下宜少避其锋，以保万全。渊圣皇帝曰：朕为祖宗，守宗庙社稷，势不可动。其后敌复犯京师，朕在相州，得渊圣亲笔，谓悔不用卿言。是时近习小人，争言用兵，荧惑圣听，殊不量力，遂至今日之旤。 奉迎神主提㸃所言：「今太庙寓温州，逐月荐新，有非地産者，请得以他物代充」。从之。 |
