10  | 辛巳，礼部尚书兼侍读秦桧知政事，龙圗阁待制孙觌时知临安府以啓贺，桧有曰：「尽室航海，复还中州」。四方传闻，感涕交下，汉蘓武节旄尽落，止得属国，唐杜甫麻鞵入见，乃拜拾遗，未有如公独参大政。桧以为讥已，始大怒之。 徽猷阁待制、知建康府赵㠓乞免，诏㠓提举临安府洞霄宫，直寳文阁张缜知建康府。壬午，延福宫使、奉国军承宣使、入内内侍省都知、提举禁卫董慤提举临安府洞霄宫，从所请也。 初，张荣率舟船至通州，过捍海堰，欲出海，复归山东，水阻不得去，荣遂入通州，粮日尽，取人为羓以食，民之得脱者无㡬，是日日中，黒子消伏，翌日，范宗尹进呈，因言：「故事当避殿减膳，今人情危惧之际，恐不可以虚文揺动羣聴，望陛下修徳以消弭之，臣等辅政无状，义当罢免」。上曰：「日为太阳人主之象，岂闗卿等惟在君臣同心行安民利物实事，庶㡬天变不至为灾也！」 诏度支员外郎韩球所刷饶、信州钱粮，除应副张俊军湏外，并发赴行在。时已罢移跸之议，故有是㫖。 |
