戊子，龙图阁直学士、知顺昌府陈规，充枢密直学士，録守城之劳也，既而规言敌人败盟，臣仓皇措置，数日之间，守具畧备，而刘锜将士毎出，毎㨗致敌，不敢逼近府城，此皆锜之功臣，何力之有？望追寝成命，诏不许。郭乔年《顺昌破敌録》云：初破金人陈规送酒十数石门首，犒战士才一杯而已，再追敌后，市户以麺一万六千馀斤、猪一百口来献，随即分俵，诸军人不过得麺半斤肉两，至第二战，锜不免，谕规畧与犒劳官军，但告示人给粟一石，及赴仓，又只得腐麦五斗者甚多，及事定规，又首具奏乞推恩本府守城官属，且鼓率将佐，犒赏战士，方遂致成功铸，保明奏之，将士颇为之不平，按规守顺昌，正当金人根括钱帛之馀，朝廷蠲免税租之始，未成一嵗，而战士二万，不致乏粮，斯亦难矣，若责其厚赏犒军，恐无此理，今不取。　右文殿修撰、四川转运副使陈逺猷致仕。此据本司题名，未知其故，当考。己丑，资政殿学士、江南东路安抚制置大使兼知建康府叶梦得升资政殿大学士。　京东、淮东宣抚处置使韩世忠遣统制官武功大夫、閤门宣赞舍人郭言仪，左武大夫、贵州团练使韩彦成来奏事。上引对：先是，世忠围淮阳，军未能下，或有献计决淮水以灌其城者，上谕秦桧曰：「决水所及京东民田，必有被其害者」。桧曰：「陛下圣度兼爱如此，宜无敌于天下也」。上语在是月辛邜。　是曰金人遣兵袭永兴军兵马钤辖傅忠信于华州之山寨，忠信率将官卢士闵、张寳拒破之，时以忠信等自㧞来归，各进三官：忠信领华州观察使，士闵遥郡刺史，寳阁门制赞舍人。忠信等迁官日歴，不载林待聘外，制集有之日，歴今年七月己未奏㨗，不知何时迁官，或即胡世将便冝所授也。
