14  | 甲午，寳文阁学士降授左通直郎、枢密都承㫖、川陜宣谕使郑刚中为左朝奉郎、充端明殿学士、川陜宣抚副使。 右朝请大夫、敷文阁待制、知池州陈桷特迁一官。时四方皆以奉迎东朝之故有所献，并赐诏书，奨谕尚书省，言池最小郡，而桷能体国，故迁之。乙未，命户部侍郎沈昭逺假礼部尚书，为大金贺生辰使，福州观察使、知閤门事王公亮假保信军承宣使副之。金主亶以七夕日生，以其国忌，故锡燕诸路，用次日，朝廷毎遣使率以金茶噐千两、银酒噐万两、锦绮千匹遗之。金人循契丹旧例，不欲两接使人，因就以正月受礼，自是岁以为例。自休兵以来，朝廷毎遣常使、使副及三节人从往回，各迁一官，资上中节各十人，下节三十人，并须有官者使赐装钱千缗，副赐八百缗、银帛各二百匹、两，上节银绢共三十，中节二十五，下节十五。三节人俸外日给五百钱，探请俸二月，比至金庭，使者独于帅前致词，而初去国时国信所録大㫖于策，谓之意度，凡御名处皆阙不书。丁酉，右承议郎、通判平江府杨杭，武功大夫、淮南西路兵马都监乔珝，各进秩一等，以从往京西割地之劳也。戊戍，新授尚书兵部侍郎梁扬祖充寳文阁学士、提举江州太平观，扬祖感风痹疾，不能朝，故有是命。 徽猷阁待制曾统卒。 |
