17  | 乙巳，军器监主簿沈该直秘阁、知盱眙军措置𣙜场之法，商人赀百千以下者十人为保，留其货之半，在场，以其半赴泗州榷场博易，竢得北物，复易其半以徃，大商悉拘之，以待北价之来，两边商人各处一廊，以货呈主管官，牙人往来评议，毋得相见，每交易千钱，各收五厘息钱入官。其后又置场于光州、枣阳、安丰军、花厌镇，而金人亦于蔡、泗、唐、邓、秦、巩、洮州、鳯翔府置场，凡𬃷阳诸场，皆以盱眙为准。 |
