27  | 丙子，诏：「学校科举取士，如经义、诗赋人数不等，即以文理优长通融补放，不得过三分。亦用礼部请也。丁丑，封典籍冯氏为美人，司记刘氏为才人。庚辰，左大夫周绾为淮南转运判官。上览除目，曰：「监司，朝廷耳目之官，今天下安静，恤民为先，得人则一路安，否则烦扰百出，岂可不慎择！」绾，缙云人也。辛巳，直寳文阁、两浙转运副使钱端礼罢，以右谏议大夫汪勃论其素习骄呆，不闲世务，倾险任数也。 命权吏部王循友、权户部侍郎李朝正编类诸路监司、郡守，条上裕民事件，俟成书颁之。 |
