46  | 丁未，龙神卫四厢都指挥使、邕州观察使董先，添差两浙西路马歩军副都总管，平江府驻札。初，岳飞既死，先自武昌召还，为歩军司统制，先与管军赵宻不协，于是离军领殿前都指挥使职事杨沂中怜其才，赆遗甚厚，具奏乞𨽻本司，朝廷以三衙不许互换陈乞，不许。壬子，左承议郎、两浙西路提㸃刑狱公事呉传罢，以户部侍郎宋贶接伴北使还，劾其病不任事也。十有二月乙夘朔，上谓大臣曰：「闻绍兴饥民有渡江者，可令临安优给，路费遣还」。时明、越、秀、润、徽、婺、饶、信州皆旱，民多流散，上命有司发粟减赋，至是复令常平官亲往赈给之，毋致失所。 复连州连山镇为县。丙辰，诏四川命官付身，如未经换给，并不许奏辟及权摄差遣。先是，止禁定差，至是，都大提举茶马韩球以为言，故有是命。 |
