26  | 庚戌，诸王宫大小学教授叶綝面对，言：「自祖宗以来，定公私赃三等之罪，其意未尝不重于保䕶斯民而已。向縁官吏率多不定罪，而民被其害，是以乂标立民，事一罪以戒惧之，然因公则多涉于民，因私则虽重有与民事不相干者，故公罪虽轻，而丽民事遂为终身之累，反甚于得私罪之重者，吏因得舞文而出入之，不可不察也。欲望眀𠡠有司，更加详议，庶协于中」。诏𠡠令所看详申省。夏四月癸丑，诏四川制置司官属将吏请给，令总领所嵗拨钱万缗，如军中非泛激犒，并取㫖本司旧有抵当熟药息钱，仍充经抚蛮夷之用，从户部裁定也。乙夘，权礼部侍郎陈诚之、权知閤门事孟思恭贺金主生辰还，秦桧白上曰：「大金书词丁宁盟好甚切」。上曰：「此畨待奉使愈周至，馆舍极宏壮，思恭等所得马亦皆上驷，可知其永好之意也」。 |
