31  | 庚寅，监察御史娄寅亮罢。寅，亮既为秦桧所挤，按治无所得。至是狱成，坐为族叔郛民田，改立官户刑寺。当寅、亮私罪，杖罚铜七斤，诏免所居官，送吏部。未几，寅亮卒。直笼图阁、知临安府宋辉，莱州防御使、主管侍卫马军司公事边顺，皆贬秩一等，坐城中多刼盗也，既而获盗，复其官。 资政殿学士、知泉州谢克家引疾提举临安府洞霄宫。 宣抚处置使张浚承制，以奉直大夫知卭州，陈右提㸃潼川府路刑狱公事，而以朝散大夫鲜于绘代之。时有㫖以朝请大夫王俣知卭州，浚乞合改替绘，朝廷不能夺也。 |
