8  | 乙丑，进士及第张九成为左宣教郎、签书镇东军节度判官㕔公事，九成、两浙路类试为第一，用升甲恩，特迁之。 直龙图阁、知临安府宋辉升秘阁修撰，仍赐三品服。 直徽猷阁、两浙东路提㸃刑狱公事徐天民罢。先是，上闻常州科敛害民，遣度支员外郎胡䝉徃究其实，未奏，天民自知常州改命御史中丞沈与求奏：「朝廷号令之出，要当使民信之而已，方体究其罪，乃加除擢，赏刑错乱，民其信乎？朝廷示人好恶如此，傥使胡䝉稍懐观望，岂肯以实达于陛下之前？四方闻之，谓朝廷阳为寛恤之言，隂纵掊克之吏，欲使其知禁劝，盖亦难矣！况天民掊克蠹民，为浙西诸郡之最，尝致无锡县之民，不胜诛求之苦，致有自断其腕，声寃讼庭者，亦有自溺于井者，天民庇而不发，今又付之廉按之权，责之澄清之任，未见其可」。乃罢天民，令提刑司治罪。 忠训郎韩遹为閤门祇候、知孝感县。初，孝感阙令久镇抚使陈䂓闻遹在复州之湖中，召使为尉，以兼邑事，遹去县十馀里，临河筑垒以捍贼，未㡬，有告遹谋叛者，䂓谓之曰：「乱离以来，州郡不为贼破者，独徳安耳！孝感徳安之喉襟，使吾无以制汝，则不汝付也！汝胡为反？」遹叩头请死，规曰：「吾保汝人言若是」。复遣还邑，才两日，遹斩谋乱者数人以献䂓上其功于朝，故有是命。 |
