24  | 辛酉，复升扬州髙邮县为军，以淮南转运副使杨抗言其户口最盛，且接连湖泺，猥通豪右，非増重事权，无以弹压故也。因命右通直郎、知县事吕令问就知髙邮军，仍赐经制钱二万缗、常平米三千石，为复军之费。 入内东头供奉官徐甲为武义大夫、带御器械。甲子，权户部侍郎钱端礼言：「淮、浙诸塲积盐不售，乞立限一月，许客铺入纳，每五袋加饶一袋，不纳钞引及通货等钱」。从之。 |
