24  | 丙子，右朝奉大夫张柄复为大理少卿。辛巳，诏：「诸州编管、覊管人，在法止许月赴长吏㕔呈验。闻比来囚禁鎻闭，甚于配𨽻，可令遵守成宪。如走失捉获人，即具名申尚书省，别作行遣」。乙酉，诏利州岁铸钱以九万缗为额，视旧额减五分之二，仍并铸折二钱。丙戌，太师、尚书左仆射秦桧言：「臣昨者京城独入议状，不随衆人推戴。张邦昌，寔人臣分义，不得不然。其后邦昌同门壻朱胜非及妻家使臣换文资，程昌㝢相与协谋，极力排摈，踪迹诡险，欲盖弥彰。昌㝢任鼎州镇抚使，日于不系所管邵州擅取常平钱米，本州守法未敢起发，乃移文欲遣军马就食其䟦扈不轨，何异李允文等？朝廷以军兴隐忍未发，昌㝢懐不自安，乃于胜非再相之日，以自己所得诏书刻置鼎州㕔事，又于碑文，公肆诞言，掩其私交之迹，归非于上，今胜非昌㝢虽死，其徒实繁，隂谋未己，伏望圣明降鍳，若昌㝢不当以己事列置公㕔，即乞明降指挥，以上件碑石，别刻本州所受诏书，庶允衆听」。从之。 |
