10  | 丙辰，执政进呈新除观文殿大学士、判洪州张浚丁内艰，上曰：「士大夫起复非美事，所以敦孝行，厚风俗，惟军中人乃可耳」。 少傅、宁逺军节度使、兼领殿前都指挥使职事杨存中言：「本司诸军入队官兵，依时教阅，不曽有阙人数，兼无私役军士外，逐军虽有酒坊、解库、房廊、盐米等铺，各和雇百姓开张，依市价出卖，即不曽敷配军士，皆系外入利源内主管钱物，系不入队人逐军统制等掌管，各有簿厯制造军器、舟船、军装、买马、修盖寨屋，添支激犒，尽是赡军不可暂阙，并无分文私用，别无违戾，委是难以任罢。臣今将自绍兴十一年至今年终，诸军收支过钱数，谨具进呈，伏望特降睿㫖，除前项实系赡军囘易许令依旧外，其私自违戾去处，即依己降指挥施行」。诏：「解库房、廊官、庄药铺并令本军召募百姓，开张种佃，即不得役使兵士，馀依己降指挥。其旧系买扑坊场，令常平司拘收，依条施行。如系城郭开张酒店，令户部总领司拘收」。先是，参知政事魏良臣建请罢诸军囘易事己行，故存中以为请。 左朝奉大夫王葆知广徳军，左奉议郎王复知临江军二人，皆秦桧时为御史，至是出之。 左朝散大夫杨朴为䕫州路提㸃刑狱公事。 是日，沈该进呈蜀中人材，上曰：「蜀人多能文，然士人当以徳行为先，文章乃其馀事」。该曰：「诚如圣训」。 |
