16  | 甲辰，诏三佛齐国遣使入贡，可差睿思殿祗候黄大求充押伴宫。 御史台检法官禇籍言：「近来州县守令类多贪墨，每有豪户及僧道富赡者，罪犯，必令献助钱物，或作赡军支用，或作修葺亭馆，多者数千缗，少亦数百缗，更不原其所犯轻重，例作縁故释放，此风寖长，不可不革。望俾有司严立法禁，并以𧷢论」。从之。乙巳，右正言凌哲乞下诸州县，应积年挂欠苗税官物等，并权住催候，至秋冬之交，收成了毕，再行追理。诏户部看详，其后积欠残零如所请。 |
