21  | 壬子，诏诸军因罪勒令自効之人，不得一例㨂汰离军。御史中丞汤鹏举言：「诸州私置税场，广收醋息，而州县官切切然必加意于其间。盖欲倍有所入，尽归于公库，有馀则分受以及已。伏乞申严行下，令守倅遵依绍兴勅令，按月支见，任官供给或过数以请，并过数以支者，并以自盗论，令台諌、监司依条按劾，使州县官稍知礼义㢘耻之风，则刻意扰民者，潜消于州县矣」。从之。癸丑，诏：「臣民封事及监司守臣条具便民事件，言刑狱财计者，各委本部看详。馀并委中书舎人吴秉信、王纶、权给事中凌景夏，仍添差权礼部侍郎贺允中分轮㸔详，务要详尽」。又诏诸路州县前后添置河渡去处，并罢，听从民便。又诏州县和买紬绢及和籴草料等，将官户及权势之家，并与平民一等科纳，如辄敢减免官司及减免之家，并计𧷢科罪。令监司觉察。皆以尚书省有请也。 |
