22  | 乙卯，沈该等言：「夜来星象全然退减，陛下尚未御正殿，臣子之心，实自不遑，今日欲率百官拜表奏请」。上曰：「虽渐次消弭，朕方忧惧，恐未须如此」。该又奏：「前日臣等以辅政无状，欲待罪乞行罢免，蒙宣谕再三，所以不敢上勤圣听」。上曰：「待罪何益！朕当与卿等交修，不逮上答天戒耳」。上又曰：「往时士子或因上书忤秦桧意，押往本贯，或他处听读，不曽检举施行」。该曰：「圣虑及此，寒士之幸也」。上又曰：「访闻淮上米价甚平，民间实难得钱，可令㑹问米价，官中若与收籴，民间得钱亦两便也」。该曰：「便当奉行」。 诏故赠右諌议大夫陈瓘特赐諡忠肃。先是，上谓辅臣曰：「近览瓘所著尊尧集，无非明君臣之大分，深有足嘉，易首乾坤。孔子作系辞，亦首言天尊地卑，春秋之法无非尊王。王安石号通经术，而其言乃谓道隆徳骏者天子当北面而问焉，其背经悖理甚矣。瓘宜赐諡以表之」。事下太常，至是，用博士刘嵘拟定行下。 |
