16  | 癸卯，宰执进呈故右朝散大夫杨渊男椿进状为父昨守吉州，因金人侵犯弃城，乞依王仲山、仲薿例，追复元官，并恩泽。上曰：「祖宗时，弃城皆用军法，今得不诛，幸矣。仲山、仲薿皆秦桧亲党，録用以示私恩，岂可为例！」沈该等因奏：「当时一般弃城之人，独仲山、仲薿两人追复官职，他皆不与也」。 秘阁修撰、知温州张九成以䘮明求去，诏九成提举江州太平兴国宫。温州民间有柑实，每霜后郡例科市于民，以遗权要，民或赭其所植以求免，长吏方且张乐，会寮宷㫖，尝媺恶，率以为常，及九成为州，遂罢柑宴。丙午，诏廉州岁贡珠，虽祖宗旧制闻，取之颇艰，或伤人命，自今可罢贡蛋丁，纵其自便。翌日，上谓宰执曰：「朕尝读太祖实録，见刘鋹进珠子马鞍，太祖知鋹所采珠子甚多，日役蛋丁数千人，死者不少。朕以谓珠子非急用之物，既是难得，且伤人命，故特令罢贡，以为一方无穷之利。 龙神衞四厢都指挥使、建武军承宣使、新江南西路马步军副都总管董先卒于鄂州。 䕫州观察使、提举万夀观陈仲坚卒。 |
