23  | 甲辰，上谓宰执曰：「监司、郡守固当乆任，然其间老病之人，难以使之在职，盖移易不过有迎送之扰，而废弛则贻患于一路，一州利害，孰为轻重？今后有如此等，可与宫观，理作自陈」。 诏故敦武郎、知麟州建宁寨杨震諡恭毅。震，靖康初死事，至是，用其子存中请而諡之。乙巳，刑部言汀州奏谳大辟不当，乞免收。上曰：「祖宗圣意，务从寛厚，若一有失当，便行收坐，则天下狱情虽甚可闵，无复来上矣」。遂从之。 权尚书户部侍郎林觉引疾，罢为敷文阁待制、提举江州太平兴国宫。丙午，秘书丞罗孝芬为直秘阁、荆湖北路转运判官，右朝奉大夫、荆湖北路转运判官徐康为两浙西路提㸃刑狱公事。 诏太常丞任文荐、博士张庭实、鲍彪，各罚铜十斤。先是，临安府桩办大祀礼料，沿袭既乆，率多缪误，如蜃醢用蛤蜊肉，蠯醢用石决明，则大小差讹，鹿臡、雁醢皆以肉与骨杂为之，则臡醢不辨当用乾，而今以生鲫䵄当用熟，而今以生麦以至蚳醢用鼋鱼、豚拍，讹为豚白。如此非一，文荐等皆按经传厘正，而御史台劾其擅行移易，诏令分析。文荐等援据甚白，乃有是命，仍令礼部审辨改正，然卒不能易。 |
