19  | 己巳，侍御史周方崇请京局改官，并先注知县。上以问宰执，沈该曰：「选人改官后，实歴亲民，实为良法」。上曰：「徽宗尝言：仁宗朝，每除执政大臣，必先问曽歴亲民否？盖亲民则能通世务，置之廊庙，天下利病知过半矣。此朕昔年恭侍，亲闻玉音，诚可为万世法也」。遂从之。 左朝奉郎陈之渊提举福建路市舶。 右奉议郎、直显谟阁韩彦朴降官职各一等，仍勒停，坐殴部曲至死也。壬申，上谓宰执曰：「去冬，皇太后㣲有腰腿之疾，不曽出殿门，昨入侍慈宁因言近日清明，牡丹已开，皇太后忻然歩至花所，朕喜甚，因留赏牡丹，皇后以下皆醉，至晩回殿，上犹喜见天顔，张纲曰：「陛下孝徳所感，诚可庆也」。权刑部侍郎张礿言：「今四川州县以钱计赃者，并以引抵贯泉货之用，铜铁相凖如此，是四川之法偏重。乞自今有犯，并依市价纽计钱数」。从之。 |
