10  | 庚午，诏美人冯氏、才人吴氏可令归本家逐便。辛未，左正言何溥言：「近朝廷择取教授通判之阙于部，以为堂除，臣独惜夫士大夫之才有长于为邑者，而置之无用之地，使百里之民不见由求卓鲁之政，甚可叹也。望用建隆、天圣故事，择大县阙为堂除，仍借五品服，优其廪给，俟终更甄擢之」。上谓沈该曰：「此事湏熟商量。朕谓天下事治其末者，不若治其本，县令末也。监司、郡守，本也，若监司、郡守尽得人，则县何患不得人？卿等为朕择监司、郡守足矣」。既而吏部请依故事遇堂除知县下本部取阙供给，视诸州签判，馀如溥所请，从之。戊寅，秘书郎王佐，秘书省校书郎兼实録院检讨官叶谦亨、胡沂，并为尚书吏部员外郎。 秘书省著作佐郎、兼普安、恩平郡王府教授杨邦杰、陈俊卿，并为著作郎。起居舍人洪遵面对论铸钱利害，大略谓：「今钱少，多为销毁作器用，而南过海北渡淮，所失至多，自罢提㸃官，复置属官二员，无异监司，而铸钱殊未及额，亦冝多方措置」。上谕大臣曰：「遵论颇有可采，前后铜禁行之不严，殆成虚文。铜器虽民间所常用，然亦可以他物代之。今若自公卿贵戚之家，以身率之，一切不用，然后申严法禁，冝无不戢者」。 |
