9  | 甲申，大理评事潘景圭言：「诸州狱讼有罪状显著而不能决者，皆奸猾玩法，而胥吏因之以为利望。自今三经翻异而不移前勘者，取㫖送大理寺去行，在千里外者，委监司选官就劾。监司有妨，请移邻路差官」。从之。景圭，处州人也。 权刑部侍郎兼详定一司敕令黄祖辞言，见修吏部七司条法，欲将旧来条法与今事体不同者，立为参附，参照施行。上谓宰臣曰：「祖宗成宪，不可废也，存之以备照用甚当。但今所修法，须与祖宗法意不相违背，仍谕与详定官」。 左朝散郎致仕宋郭儒卒。是月，名永宁导江县金马碧鷄神祠曰昭应。 金主亮诏：「自来沿邉州军设置𣙜场，本务通商，便于民用，其间止因随处𣙜场数多，致有夹带违禁物货，图利交易，及不良之人，私相往来，未为便利，可将宻寿、颍唐蔡邓奏，巩洮州、鳯翔府等处𣙜场，并行废罢，只留泗州𣙜场一处，每五日一次开场，仍指挥泗州照㑹，移文对境州军照騐施行」。 |
