18  | 丙申，知枢宻院事陈诚之充资政殿学士、知泉州。诚之抗章求去，故有是命。 言者论比年权富之家，以积钱相尚，多者至累百钜万，而少者亦不下数十万缗，夺公上之权而足私家之欲，富者日益富，而贫者日益贫，乞为之限。户部请令民户积钱毋得过万缗，官户倍之，满二年不易他物者，拘入官，许告赏。从之。丁酉，诏：「累禁不得与苞苴交结，而迩来尚或有之，其在州县则科取扵民，在军旅则掊尅卒伍，盈车接舰，珍甘技巧，以为赂遗，可不痛革。夫居上位者必有所欲，而后人得因其所欲以济请托之私。宜申戒饬，有犯重置于法，断在必行，仍令䑓諌纠弹，在外令监司按劾」。 池州驻札御前诸军都统制岳超，乞于见管军额外増招兵校三千人，许之。 |
