27  | 九月辛巳朔，秘书少监任古直龙圗阁、知洪州，从所请也。 太尉、知荆南府刘锜引疾乞致仕，不许。 诏诸州营田粜稻麦，并起赴本路总领所桩充马料，仍令左藏库计直拨还御前激赏库。用户部请也。 殿前司中军都统制邵宏渊添差荆湖北路马歩军总管，罢从军。既而殿中侍御史汪澈奉诏荐宏，渊奋不顾身，真万人，敌乃移江东总管。壬午，诏委官详定闽、浙、广三路市舶司条法，用御史台主簿张阐请也。旧蕃商之以香药至者，十取其四，十四年诏㫖，即贵细者十取其一。阐前提举两浙市舶还朝，为上言：「三舶司嵗抽及和买，约可得二百万缗」。上谓辅臣曰：「此皆在常赋之外，未知户部如何收支，可取见实数以闻」。 殿中侍御史汪澈言：「右宣教郎、知英州吴名世所为贪酷，自到任数月，民之逃徙者二千馀家，籍赀者已数十，滛刑以逞不可名状」。诏放罢，令提刑司取勘。其后，法寺言名世赃罪绞。诏贷死除名、藤州编管，仍籍没家财。 是夜，雷。甲申，诏建炎以来奉使未还后嗣无人食禄者，并予一子官。 |
