28  | 乙夘閤门宣賛舍人、新江南东路兵马都监、兼荆南府驻札効用统领官，特免囬避，用刘锜请也。锜又奏：「已招効用三千人，乞分三等：上等三分，月支钱九千，米九㪷，中等三分，月支钱七千。下等四分，月支钱六千，米皆八㪷。仍扵初招日先支下等钱米，俟及半年，委重臣阅试，事艺精熟者逓升。如将来上等事艺精熟之人，依诸军効用例迁补官资」。从之。 勑令所删定官王万修罢，放谢辞。 淮南转运判官兼淮西提刑张祁言：「本路沿邉庐濠、蒋州、安丰军民力凋弊，所入不能自给，即无认定本司钱物，至于蒋州自罢𣙜场，却从本司支拨应副本司全仰沿江诸郡合起窠名，以给支费，而诸郡亦自匮乏，他欠既多，无从追理。窃见无为军赡军酒库，岁收息钱八千缗，起赴御前激赏库，乞权𨽻本司，应副支遣」。从之。 左朝奉郎史才卒。 |
