19  | 丙寅，故中大夫范纯礼再赠资政殿学士，其合得恩泽依数贴还，以其家有请也。后諡恭献。 权主管殿前司公事杨沂中言近𠞰杀刘猊，贼马尽浄，生擒签军万馀人，已将强壮之人，团结入队，天寒无衣，诏有司制绵裘四千，授之丁夘，左司郎中耿自求言：「杀人者死，古今不易之典也，吏縁为奸，迎合时好，希觊赏典，不以情实例奏可悯，茍尽原贷生者即幸矣！奈死者寃，抑何愿诏监司州郡今后详究可悯之理，谓所以伤人，不应致死，偶而致死者，方为可悯。若因鬬争毁詈，复有用棒刃手足等杀人致死，则相犯各有轻重，尚何情之可悯乎？仍乞诏宪司州郡，如案情疑虑误用法，意能雪活人命，自合依旧日赏典施行，庶㡬絶官吏希觊之望，使生者死者，均被圣眀平允之泽」。诏刑部㸔详申省。 太常諡王巗叟曰：恭简以其孙右廸功郎循友有请也。 |
