16  | 丙辰，镇南军节度使、开府仪同三司、荆湖南路安抚制置大使兼知潭州吕颐浩为两浙西路安抚制置大使、兼知临安府，仍赴行在奏事讫之任。 寳文阁学士、新知襄阳府刘洪道知潭州，充荆湖南路安抚使，仍兼都督府参谋军事。 新荆湖北路兵马钤辖张旦仍旧知襄阳府，尚书礼部貟外郎、都督府主管机宜文字杨晨为夔州路转运判官，用丙午诏也。初，命词给告，仍诏自今视此。 侍御史周秘请内责之户部，外责之漕司，搜括失陷，裁损冗费，以每嵗所入者，専充经常之费，以向所泛取者留为不时之用。诏赴户部。 诏：「淮北之民，皆朝廷赤子，廹于暴虐，使犯兵威，怜其无辜，死于锋镝。可更遣官于藕塘镇设黄籙醮三昼夜，追荐之」。 故武节郎刘广特赠武翼大夫、閤门宣赞舍人，与三资恩泽。广张俊部曲，淮西之役死焉。 |
