19 ![](more.gif) | 己未,兵部尚书、兼权吏、礼部尚书刘大中充龙图阁直学士、知处州,免朝辞。赵鼎既罢政,大中引疾求去位,疏再上,乃命出守。大中又言:「臣以戆愚,积多仇怨,优职便郡,岂臣可堪?至于直降指挥,免辞天陛,进退之际,臣窃有疑重,念臣父左宣教郎湜,见任处州州学教授,有此妨嫌,不敢隠黙,乞一在外宫观」。诏不许。中书勘㑹,湜合该避亲,乃命湜易婺州州学教授。 左司谏陈公辅言:「朝廷所尚士大夫因之,士大夫所尚,风俗因之,此不可不慎也。国家嘉佑以前,朝廷尚大公之道,不营私意,不植私党,故士大夫以气节相髙,以议论相可否,未尝互为朋比,遂至于雷同茍合也。当是时,是非明毁,誉公善恶自分,贤否自彰,天下风俗,岂有党同之弊哉?自熙丰以后,王安石之学,著为定论,自成一家,使人同己,蔡京因之挟绍述之说,于是士大夫靡靡,党同而风俗坏矣!仰惟陛下天资聪明,圣学髙妙,将以痛革积弊,变天下党同之俗,甚盛举也,然在朝廷之臣,不能上体圣明,又复辄以私意取程颐之说,谓之伊川学,相率而从之,是以趋时竞进,饰诈沽名之徒,翕然胥効,倡为大言,谓尧舜文武之道,𫝊之仲尼,仲尼𫝊之孟轲、轲𫝊颐颐,死无𫝊焉,狂言恠语,淫说鄙喻曰:此伊川之文也!幅巾大袖,髙视濶歩,曰此伊川之行也,能师伊川之文,行伊川之行,则为贤士大夫,舍此皆非也。臣谓使颐尚在,能了国家事乎?取颐之学,令学者师焉,非独营私植党,复有党同之弊,如蔡京之绍述,且将见浅俗僻陋之习,终至惑乱天下后世矣!且圣人之道,凡所以垂训万世,无非中庸,非有甚髙难行之说,非有离世异俗之行,在学者允蹈之而已,伏望圣慈特加睿断,察羣臣中有为此学,相师成风,鼔扇士类者,皆屏絶之,然后明诏天下,以圣人之道著在方册,炳如日星学者,但能参考衆说,研穷至理,各以己之所长而折中焉,惟不背圣人之意,则道术自明,性理自得,故以此修身,以此事君,以此治天下,国家无乎不可矣,毋执一说,遂成雷同,使天下知朝廷所尚如此,士大夫所尚亦如此,风俗自此皆知复祖宗之时,此今日之务,若缓而急者。辅臣进呈张浚批㫖曰:士大夫之学,宜以孔、孟为师,庶几言行相称,可济时用,览臣寮所奏深用,怃然可布告中外,使知朕意」。先是,范冲既去位,公辅以冲所荐不自安,㑹耿鎡等伏阙上书,或者因指公辅靖康鼓唱之谤,公辅惧见上,求去,因上此疏,诏公辅:朕所亲擢,非由荐引,可令安职,毋得再请」。时朱震在经筵,不能诤,论者非之。 湖北经畧安抚使王庶乞令澧、长、沅、靖四州以闲田共招刀弩手三千五百人,沅州千五百、辰州千人、澧、靖州各五百馀田,召人承佃,从之。四郡刀弩手,旧额万人,靖康末,调赴河东少还者,至是,朝廷命庶相度招填,故有是请也。 诏宗室添差不厘务者,皆作宫观、岳庙。 尚书驾部貟外郎张宇知抚州,宇守兄避亲嫌也。 权户部侍郎王俣请申严截留兊借上供及右曹钱物,执奏不行之法。诏:「自今非有军期急速,不得辄有陈乞支借」。馀从之。 |
