20  | 癸亥，参知政事沈与求罢为资政殿学士、知明州，从所请也。中书舍人任申先缴还词头，论其罪，与求乞宫观，改提举临安府洞霄宫，免谢辞。 诏临安府民间僦舍钱，不以多寡，并三分中减一分，白地钱减四分之一。 是日，观文殿大学士、新江西制置大使李纲，见于内殿，前一日，纲入国门，赵鼎奏：已有㫖内引，然来日偶是寒食正节，上曰：「朕宫中每日食后，畧治家事，即观书冩字，此外别无他事，来日自可引对」。鼎曰：「陛下清修如此，天下幸甚」。后二日，纲以急切利害再对，因言及张浚，上谕纲曰：「浚自富平败，始练军事」。时纲所上疏凡十六，其论中兴及金人失信襄阳形胜与和战朋党五事，皆利害之大者，上嘉劳乆之，丙寅，诏：「诸军器甲渐已足备，自今置到军器等，并于内军器库桩管，虽奉特㫖，亦许执奏」。 |
