11  | 庚戌，承信郎刘伟等各进二官。伟，左护军使臣也。自伪地来归，故録之。 初，修武郎朱弁既为金人所拘，至是遣使臣李发归报尼玛哈等相继死，秦桧曰：「金国多事，势须有变」。上曰：「金人骄恣，理无足恃，我艺祖皇帝兵不血刄而得天下，故福祚悠逺，自古帝王，未闻穷兵黩武而能乆长者，金人连破大国而兵弗戢，其可久乎？」桧曰：「陛下但积德中兴，固自有时」。上曰：「亦湏有所施为，而后可以得志，但今年政犹病，人误服药，气力尚羸，来春当极力经理中原」。 |
