27  | 癸未，吏部言：「职制令：诸王开府仪同三司立班叙，位在左右，仆射同平章事之下。宰相汤思退奏：太宗朝宋琪乞班楚王元佐等下，臣等欲依故事上表。上曰：「祖宗典故，亲王在宰相下旧矣。卿等不必请建王，立班叙位，并依吏部所定」。 初，淮东转运副使魏安行既上募民力田法，而淮西转运判官张祁亦徙民于近江、和州、无为军，补葺杨栁、嘉成二圩堤岸，官给牛种，使之就耕。至是，诏赐安行钱十万缗。后四日，又赐祁本路盐司钱三万缗，为牛种等费，然卒无成。 资政殿学士、新知广州楼照薨。后諡襄靖。 |
