16  | 甲午，上谕大臣曰：「昨尝降㫖诸军拣汰人数，令便招填，可严切行下。不然，暗损军额，不可不虑，恐缓急误事」。时皇太后筑外第有迁徙居民处，上命临安倍支般挈之费，仍对拨官屋居之，毋令失所。乙未，钧容直乞推赏，上曰：「可与支赐，仍降㫖为第一次祗应有劳，今后并依此体例，庶絶其后来希望耳」。丙申，上谓大臣曰：「近见郑刚中奏减民间科，须数目不少，朕闻之颇喜。自是四川之民当少苏矣。 给事中兼权直学士院杨愿等送伴北使，还入对，自是率如之。戊戌，初令四川都转运司嵗拨緫制钱一百七十三万馀缗，市轻賫并细绢四万七千馀匹、绵四千五万馀两，赴鄂州总领司桩管。自去秋以右䕶军统制田晟所部隶马司，故取其赡军钱帛，至今蜀中号田四厢钱，是嵗，四川始取称提钱四十馀万缗，以备军费。丙午，左通奉大夫、㕘知政事万俟卨，依前官提举江州太平观。先是，卨使金还，太师秦桧假金人誉已数十言，嘱卨奏于上，卨不可，他日奏事退，桧坐殿庐中批上㫖，辄除所厚官，吏钤纸尾进，卨拱手曰：「偶不闻圣语，却不视。桧大怒，自是不交一语。御史中丞李文㑹、右谏议大夫詹大方闻之，即奏卨黩货营私，窥揺国，是卨再上章求去，命以资政殿学士出守，及入谢，上问劳甚悉，桧愈怒，给事中杨愿因封还録黄，乃有是命。 同知大宗正事士䅳请宗学生以百貟为额，大学生五十，小学生四十，职事人各五人」。从之。 |
