15  | 己丑，诏诸路风水灾伤州县，并令提举官检放苖税而赈，贷其不给者。用监察御史任古请也。辛邜权吏部尚书兼实録院修撰、兼侍讲，贺允中进兼侍读。 权礼部侍郎孙道夫、权工部侍郎刘章并兼侍讲。时上将祀南郊，道夫言：「神祖时，执政以国用不足，乞罢郊赐，司马光赞之，而王安石执不行。臣谓将来郊礼，宜伸光之议，许两制、侍从皆辞锡赉宗室刺史以上减半节用，自贵近始以风示天下」。上曰：「朕在宫中，衣服饮食皆从俭约」。道夫曰：「陛下可谓于禹无间然矣」。壬辰，殿中侍御史叶义问守侍御史。 |
