65  | 丙寅，端明殿学士、提举万寿观兼侍读张焘试吏部尚书。初，上知普安郡王之贤，欲建为嗣，而恐显仁皇后意所未欲，故迟回乆之。显仁崩，上问焘以大计所在，焘曰：「储贰者，国之本也，天下大计，无逾于此。今两郡名分宜早定」。上喜曰：「朕怀此乆矣，卿言适契朕心，开春当议典礼」。焘顿首谢。时风俗侈靡，财用匮乏，焘劝上止北货之贸易，省非时之赐予，罢土木，减冗吏，躬行节俭，民自富足。上嘉奨再三，侍御史朱倬试御史中丞。 左司谏何溥试右谏议大夫，左正言都民望为右司谏。 初，上命淮南、京西帅漕司讲究两淮、荆、襄，使无旷土以闻。直敷文阁、新淮东转运副使魏安行乞募民力田，其法曰：「身劝民垦田及七十五顷者补副尉，五百家者补承信郎。已仕者递迁有差。诸军所汰官兵，愿耕者予三月俸，牛种庐舎皆从官，贷满五年，仍偿其田，并为永业，仍免十年租」。从之。丁卯，以显仁皇后升祔，释临安、绍兴府，杖以下罪囚。尚书兵部侍郎、直学士院杨椿进尚书，仍兼权翰林学士。 延福宫使、徳庆军承宣使、入内内侍省押班张去，为为入内内侍省副都知。右武大夫、昭庆军承宣使、权入内内侍省押班董仲永为入内内侍省押班。戊辰，直秘阁汪应辰试秘书少监。 左承事郎王十朋守秘书省校书郎。 成州团练使、知閤门事刘允升为和州防御使，以觧带恩也。 右朝奉大夫陆亷、知楚州蓝师稷移知纯州。 |
