18  | 壬寅，上谕大臣曰：「近户部㑹卖田钱数颇多，此须令桩管。近时士大夫持论，多说百姓足君，孰与不足，见公家稍寛，遽欲免民常赋，不知缓急阙用，取之甚难，非时而科，是谓横敛。茍徒知施惠之虚名，而不恤横敛之实害，岂爱民之道也？」先是，权户部侍郎赵令詪建议每县卖官田十万缗，州二十万缗，守令各进秩一等，县二万缗，州五万缗以上，减磨勘二年有差。至是，㑹其数以闻，故上有是谕。 宗正少卿杨偰权尚书工部侍郎。癸卯，诏武泰军承宣使、添差两浙西路马歩军副都总管王安道，右朝奉郎、直秘阁、两浙转运司主管文字王守道，并令再任。 两浙转运司言：「浚常熟县诸浦毕工。甲辰，国信所言：自来大金人使到驿，告覔物色打造银器，止是排办御龙直一面，于本府呼索，及付铺所造作。欲乞并令当管通事置歴，抄转出豁，庻绝奸弊」。从之。丁未，封嗣濮王士輵第七女为永嘉县主，第九女为永春县主，从所请也。 |
