29  | 癸酉，权尚书工部侍郎兼权吏部侍郎兼侍讲刘章罢。初，章在工部时，郊恩赏赉给绢，主胥欲以绢自入而下其直以与衆，衆不服，请于章章语胥曰：「如所直，以市百缣，可乎？」盖谩为词以折服之耳。胥遂诬章以实令市绢，有摘其语于言事者，侍御史朱倬乃劾章尝令小吏市绢，多所倍费，䟽始上，上愕然曰：「刘章必无此事」。倬执不已，章遂罢去。甲戌，右朝奉郎、新知蒋州张祁为淮南转运判官兼淮南西路提㸃刑狱公事。 新湖北副总管、知鼎州陈敏入见上车战之法，上谓知枢宻院事陈诚之曰：「车战虽出古，然用各有宜」。诚之曰：「非泽国所宜用」。同知院事王纶曰：「房管犹败于中原，况泽国乎？」上曰：「姑令三帅议之，免令武臣有一得之叹」。然卒不行。 |
