20  | 癸巳，司农少卿周葵直秘阁、知信州。葵既去，御史以亲年髙，不得迎养为言，乞补外。上命赵鼎召至都堂谕旨留之，葵力求去，乃有是命。 左朝请大夫、主管台州崇道观髙俨行秘书郎。俨召对，劝上听言纳諌。 直寳文阁、知婺州周纲进軄二等，右奉议郎、知抚州刘子翼除直秘阁，并俟终更日令再任，以中书言纲等治郡有方，赈济宣力故也。 故集英殿修撰、知拱州钱归善，赐諡恭愍。归善，靖康末守拱州，死于难。 刑部奏：「大理寺丞评断议刑名，毎嵗于次年正月，取㑹差失刑名，比较死罪二人或流徒六人，具名上都省，取旨责罚。失出者，二名当一名，丞比，评事增三分之一。已上执议不同建白者罪，著为令」。 勅令所奏诸州以公使酒馈送出夲州界者，以违制论，以公使见钱金帛寳遗人，凖盗论知而受之，坐赃论以言者请立法也。 |
