7  | 丁丑，安定郡王令懬同知大宗正事，军噐监丞黄祖舜守尚书屯田员外郎。时王弗在建康，故中书引六曹郎官差出近例而命之。 赐京东、淮东宣抚处置使韩世忠、淮西宣抚使刘光世诏书奬谕。时右司谏王缙论「唐：郭子仪、浑瑊，皆于唐室有大功，而恭慎抑畏，故能以功名终始。近者淮西以麾下将领有欺隠军人之劵，淮东以幕中参佐，有妄冒将士之赏，皆能按劾闻奏，以俟诛戮，小心恭慎，有足嘉尚，伏望特降诏奬谕，因使今日之后，凡奏功者必以实，而爵赏所加足以劝有功，凡勘给者必以实，而钱粮之馀足以养战士，战士宿饱而竞于立功，则强敌不足灭而恢复可期矣」。故有是赐。 |
