11  | 癸未，翰林学士兼侍讲陈与义参知政事，资政殿学士、新除提举醴泉观兼侍读沈与求同知枢宻院事。 左修职郎朱倬特改左宣义郎，倬为广东提举常平司干办公事。用明槖荐，得召对，论得天下有道，在得民心，因举咸平中以户口増减为计臣之殿最，祥符中，以雪活寃狱为宪臣之上，第愿申戒有司，勤恤民隠，今西北之民已思见官仪矣，陛下幸大固其心，勿小小以伤之，天下幸甚！」诏下其章，而倬有此命。 诏：「内外诸军，今年大礼赏给，除禁衞诸军外，令戸部酌度，増减一等支给。自渡江以来，神武右军、中军之扈从者，赏给与禁衞比，而前左后军及刘光世部曲则视承平时，向阳关戍卒例给之，轻重殊絶，韩世忠、甞以为言。至是，尚书省言：「在外诸军屏捍外冦，事体为重，其所得赏给反轻，在内军兵役使为轻赏，给优重，若不别行措置，终恐未均」。故有是㫖。 |
