14  | 丙戌，诏以知州军诸郡通判各六十一阙归吏部，用左右司奏也。于是堂除郡守之阙，一百九通判之阙八十。丁亥，閤门祇候充问安使何藓承节郎、都督行府帐前，凖备差使范寜之，至自金国，得右副元帅宗弼书，报道君皇帝、寜德皇后相继上仙张浚等入见于内殿之后庑上，号恸擗踊，终日不食，浚奏：「天子之孝，与士庶不同，必也。仰思所以承宗庙、奉社稷者，今梓宫未返，天下涂炭，至讐深耻，亘古所无，陛下挥涕而起，敛髪而趋一怒，以安天下之民，臣犹以为晚也」。上犹不聼，浚等伏地固请，乃进少粥。是日，百官诣行宫西廊发䘮。故事，沿边不举哀，特诏宣抚使至副将以上即军中成服，将校哭于本营，三日止。时事出非常，礼部长贰俱阙，而新除太常少卿吴表臣未至，一时礼仪皆秘书省正字，权礼部郎官孙道夫草定方议论之际，翰林学士朱震多依违人，或罪其缄黙， 观文殿学士、醴泉观使、兼侍读秦桧为枢宻使，应干恩数，并依见任宰相条例施行。故事，宰执新除，虽到堂，即时还第辞免。至是，以何藓等还，留桧议事，不许归第。 尚书右司员外郎徐林直显谟阁，充江南西路转运副使。以林引更迭诏书有请也。 命内侍梁邦彦提举，钦奉几筵。 |
