14  | 癸丑，禫祭。先是，几筵朝夕上食各五十品，自是减为三十。 权户部侍郎王俣申眀常平废弛事件，乞令诸路主管官检举约束。一、拘籍户絶投纳抵当财産，及所收租课二，封桩义仓斛㪷三，出卖坊场河渡，四桩收免役，寛剰钱。五立限召人陈首，侵欺冐佃常平田産六根，括赡学田租课已上窠名钱物，自去年正月已后，州县侵支之数，竝立限拨还，自今毋得擅用従之。 左朝散大夫、提举广南市舶林保进中兴龟鉴，诏赐三品服，其书令进入。 是日，雨雹。甲寅，改諡寜徳皇后曰显肃。 建康军节度推官杜临䓁竝循一资，以本府言劝诱大姓，买官告钱三十万缗了足故也。自是率如此例。 |
