庚戌，命权兵部侍郎兼都督府㕘议军事张宗元权湖北、京西宣抚判官，往鄂州监岳飞军。宗元为宣判日，厯无一字及之，但于四月十九日书兵部侍郎张宗元朝辞进对，八月四日甲午，书张宗元先次引见。初六日丙申，书宗元荐士札子，带权宣抚判官衔，而云臣出使湖北，所过郡县」云云，则使还时所上也。今依林泉野记、岳侯传、朱胜非闲居録修入以补史阙，馀见今年七月丁卯、八月乙未并注。　左朝散大夫万俟卨提㸃荆湖北路刑狱公事。　左奉议郎林待聘知处州，左宣教郎孙汝翼知建康府溧阳县。汝翼尝为枢宻院编修官，至是堂除大邑，新制也。　故追官人何灌追复正侍大夫、忠正军承宣使。灌已见建炎元年正月辛卯。灌既死城下，言者论其不能守河之罪，尽裭其官。灌子閤门祇候藓使金而归诉于朝，故有是命。
