12  | 戊子，刑部尚书胡交修言诸州县奏勘公事，稽滞甚多，乞责罚。上曰：「大抵刑狱，湏当从寛」。乃命本部开具稽滞尤甚三五处申省取㫖。 观文殿大学士、提举临安府洞霄宫朱胜非知宣州。 尚书省言：「州县财赋率多妄用，亦或失取，縁此上供亏欠，漕计不足」。诏：「尸部逐时轮那长贰一员出外廵按其奉行诏令违戾等事，按劾以闻。州县财赋利病，并考究以实措置，使各条具闻奏，馀聼一面行讫，具申朝廷，合行事，依本等奉使格法」。初用楼照请也。 诏诸路州县逃亡民户未开垦田畆，通限八年输全税。初，用江西转运副使逢汝霖请，免五年升科，至是，又推于诸路焉。 |
