9  | 辛未，诏堂除吏部窠阙，并依去年十二月丙午指挥以前旧制施行。自张浚独相，欲革内重外轻之弊，乃诏郎官、馆职二年并补外。又取寺监丞以下至外州学官送部者百阙而取，知县、堂除者四十处。未几，郎曹馆职请外者衆，终不克行，至是，又复其故焉。 诏史馆见修徽宗皇帝日歴，以实録为名。时秘书省著作郎何抡言：「日歴视实録格目尤详，今记注不存，编次无日」。故有是命。甲戌，户部尚书章谊等请用礼官议为徽宗皇帝作主袝庙，诏恭依。初，赵涣之为御史也，建言今虽迎奉梓宫，未可指日，请不竢梓宫之还，作主袝庙。于是礼官亦有以宗庙乆阙、祭享为言者，朝廷业已遣使，欲少竢之。至是，祠部员外郎兼权礼部勾龙如渊言：宗庙祀典，不可乆旷，请依明德皇后故事，行埋重虞祭袝庙之礼」。诏侍从、台谏议于尚书省。寻又诏礼官同议。议者言如渊所请，权时制宜，于礼为得。乃仿虞袝练祥次第于小祥前择日行之。 左朝议大夫周审言降授左宣义郎，不得与亲民差遣。审言，浦城人，登政和贡士第，为朱勔子壻，以选人进，颂改京官，累迁直徽猷阁、知秀州。至是，以讨论不得，调诉诸朝，诏以为左朝散郎，听参选。左正言辛次膺论审，言登科第，而甘心婚朱勔之息，其间侥冐可镌者讵止五官，望存出身一资外追夺，乃又降五官。 |
