5  | 乙酉，中书舍人兼直学士院勾龙如渊言：「昔福建、四川、广东西凡八路，以其去朝廷之逺士，艰于徃来，而以铨法付在漕司，自车驾南幸，而二广、福建，则举而归之吏部矣，惟四川漕司差注之法独在，是以蜀之人凡安贫守分无知己在朝廷者，仕宦止于通判，而奔竞势要之人，今日改官，眀日得倅，又眀日得守望参酌祖宗之制，凡四川守倅如何等阙，合还堂选，立为定格，毋相侵紊」。诏吏部措置。 诏犯私盐人除流配依本法外，徒以下并令衆五日。其后湖北提举司言，本路系省茶地，分縁茶盐事属一体，乞犯茶人依此指挥。从之。 徽猷阁待制江常以母忧免，至是卒于泉州。 |
