9  | 己丑，左朝奉大夫侯延庆守太常少卿、直龙图阁、主管临安府洞霄宫。苏擕，守宗正少卿、尚书吏部员外郎陆长民为右司员外郎，左奉议郎晏敦复守吏部员外郎，左朝奉郎黄祖舜守军器监丞。擕颂，子祖舜，福清人，尝从胡安国学，自衢州州学教授召见，改京官，而有是命。龙图阁学士、提举江州太平观沈与求知镇江府，充浙西安抚使。 监察御史明槖奏琼、邕、郁林诸郡嵗调夫数百人为监司，帅臣馈荔支，诏禁止，犯者计赃坐罪。辛夘，驾部员外郎洪兴祖、比部员外郎范振、枢宻院编修官许世厚，并罢，坐席益所荐引为御史，常同论列也。世厚，景衡子，与兴祖皆吕颐浩所録，故同斥之。壬辰，工部尚书兼侍读、兼权吏部尚书胡松年试吏部尚书。翊日，松年入对，论：「唐太宗尝谕房元龄以细务属左右丞，大事闗仆射，其委任元龄之意笃矣。殊不知尚书丞寔政事纲辖，若专责以细务，以何暇禆益治体哉？臣愿睿断，以今日所当为所当行，不可缓者，分委二三大臣，庶使悉心勠力，各㡳乃职，且戒簿书有可简省者，简省之」。诏付三省枢宻院。 左朝散郎范漴提举广东茶盐公事。漴守惠州，州为䖍贼所蹂，及是还朝，妄奏守御功减磨勘年，而有是命。监察御史明槖言于朝，命遂寝。 |
