17  | 丁亥，太尉、威武军节度使、镇江府驻札御前诸军都统制、江南淮南浙西路制置使兼京东河北路招讨使刘锜提举万夀观，以疾自请也。 翊卫大夫、利州观察使、御营宿卫中军统制刘鋭权镇江府驻札御前诸军都统制。 秘阁修撰、知静江府李如冈为敷文阁待制、知广州。 左正言刘度入对，言：「王权初无寸功，久叨重寄，平居则虚名占籍，隳壊军政，刻削廪稍，剥下自丰，一旦有疆场之虞，望风退缩，歴阳之奔，士卒尚欲回战而权麾之使退，一城，军民争舟赴水死亡，㡬尽军资戎器，并以遗敌。臣窃闻建隆中，晋州荆罕儒战死，艺祖斩不効命者二十九人，咸平中，望都之役，诸将有临阵而遁者，章圣谓近臣曰：今日未能偃兵，若不推穷将来何以为戒？遂诛二十馀人，此祖宗之成法也。近自瓜洲之衂，陛下以刘汜先退，已窜之逺方矣，况元帅之罪，重于偏禆，淮西之败，重于瓜洲，则王权之诛，岂可出刘汜之下哉？当今军旅方兴，征伐未艾，而刑罚之行，轻重失当，臣恐士心不服，愿陛下稽艺祖章圣之法，速正典刑，以服人心，以作士气。 是夜，雪。 湖北京西制置使成闵自京西还，见叶义问于建康，翌日至镇江，闵在京西，承金字牌令䇿应建康江面，闵喜于得归，兼程疾驰，士卒冐大雨，粮食不时，多死于道路。初，闵率马军出戍，沿途犒劳之物，不可胜计，尽以归己，不散士卒，及还至镇江，军士有因醉出怨言于市者，闵斩之。 |
