16  | 辛酉，资政殿学士致仕张纲入见。 殿中侍御史呉芾言，知昆山县胡庭杰、知金坛县潘文礼应办廵幸科扰民户银器至多。诏并勒停，永不得与亲民差遣。壬戍，曲赦新复州军。 契勘渊圣皇帝梓宫及天眷尚在沙漠，若中原与诸国人能津致扶䕶来归者，赐银帛五万匹两。 先是，宰执进呈赦书事目，上曰：「向已下哀痛之诏，今日恩宥，不必更扬，完顔亮过恶，但专罪己而已」。起居舍人、权直学士院刘珙草制，略曰：「兹强敌之干诛，幸上天之悔祸，爰整濯征之旅，坐扬耆定之功，元恶就屠，馀党悉溃，宜推在宥，咸与惟新」。自江上用兵，珙独在禁林，一时诏檄，多出其手，词气激烈，读者感厉。癸亥，张浚言金兵已退，两淮皆定。 |
