29  | 乙酉，刑部郎中孙敏修言：「天下所奏狱案，下法寺拟节除所勒刑名疑虑合行驳勘外，其间有情节不圆，行下取会，动经岁月。望自今取会三次供报未尽徒罪以上，许令法寺贴说指定，或作两断行下，仍专委提刑前去审问情实，定断归一。如尚有不尽及事涉疑似，即选官别勘，庶无寃滞」。诏刑、寺长贰看详申尚书省。丙戌，执政进呈知盱眙军吴说奏乞禁止采𧍧。上曰：「暴殄天物诚可禁，苐贫民以此为生，一旦禁止，恐致失业。古之圣人先仁民而后爱物，今但令官司不得买𧍧民间，从其便也」。 尚书省言：「被㫖裁减吏额法行，当自近始，乞裁定三省、枢宻院近来所添名额」。于是六曹寺监百司，各以旧额及新置人数来上，朝廷悉加裁损焉。 |
