13  | 庚子，监察御史张把面对，「乞州县之吏有政绩者，令监司、郡守考核闻奏，不得令士民饰词，妄有举留。从之。戊申，左中奉大夫、知郢州赵叔涔代还，乞令诸路总领官及都统制増辟营田。庚戌，诏户、工部立法赏罚。叔涔又言：「陛下即位以来，用人多矣，其间或持两可，或専征战，政出多门，竞持异议，故投艰弭乱，畧无寜嵗，赖上独断，登用耆徳，専任一相，坐致丕平，望以今日得人専任之效，宣付史馆」。癸丑，签书枢宻院事詹大方进呈，上顾秦桧曰：「此卿之功也！朕记卿初自金归，尝对朕言，如欲天下无事，须是南自南北自北，遂首建讲和之议，朕心固已判，然而梗于衆论，久而方决，今南北罢兵六年矣，天下无事，果如卿言」。桧顿首谢曰：「和议之谐，断自宸𠂻，臣奉行而已，何功之有？ 刑部尚书兼权吏部尚书周三畏罢，以侍御史余尧弼论其兼领二曹，一切要誉，归怨朝廷也。 |
